Residencia Villa Marinas is a new community which is currently under construction, with acompletion date of 2007. This large new community is being built in two phases, each consisting of 24 houses and a large apartment complex.
The first phase of which is due to be finished this year has nearly sold out. The second phase is due to begin shortly.
Residencia Villas Marinas is located in Las Marinas in Roquetas de Mar Urbanization.
